TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

2. All items are new unless stated.

3. Full refunds will be given if items went out-of-stock. When item are out of stock, we will send an e-mail to affected shoppers.

4. We will not be responsible for any faults/colour mismatch of the stocks, please purchase with your own judgment.

5. We will not be responsible for any wrong item names/links, colours or sizes due to carelessness on customers and merchant part. Please check your orders before sending to us and we will double check before sending to the merchants.

6. Please order only if you are comfortable with the waiting time as sprees may take an average of 3-9 weeks. We will not entertain impatient customers.

7. No Payment = No Orders

8. Please inform us the ref no and time after you transfer OR take a picture of your transaction receipt and sent it to us.

9. Please take note if payment is not in by the stated date, orders would automatically be cancelled without any prior notice.

10. Spree will be cancelled due to poor response without any prior notice.

If you were to have bulk orders from section 1.2 to 1.3, normal postage fees are revised:

5 - 7 items: Fixed at $5.00
8 - 10 items: Fixed at $8.00
11 - 13 items: Fixed at $11.00

However it may subject to changes depend on the weight of the items too, ask us about the postage if you are unsure! (:
